YOUR TALENT

• University degree in business administration or a related fields
• Affinity for eCommerce and digitalization topics
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
• Interest/knowledge of Teamsports like Football, Handball, Basketball is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on mindset, team-player with a joyful approach to work and a true passion for Sport

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a driven person interested in sports, products, technology, and ready to have a direct impact in PUMA`s Teamsport business. This role will be involved in the introduction of the Teamsport One-Stop-Shop (OSS), a new digital solution that will cover several areas of the business. First, it will allow end consumers to create custom made football and handball kits. Second, the tool will allow PUMA`s internal users to design and create kit proposals for professional sports clubs. And third, the One-Stop-Shop will give our consumers an elevated experience requesting order quotes from our B2B partners.

Some of the main responsibilities are:

• Gather, refine & prioritize all requirements coming from the Teamsport business unit as well as the sales organizations
• Coordinate with external partners the development & continuous improvement of the tools
• Plan & coordinate the expansion of the Teamsport One-Stop-Shop as a global sales tool meant to support the growth of PUMA`s Teamsport B2B business
• Plan & coordinate the global rollout of the Teamsport One-Stop-Shop
• Be first point of contact for the product owners (Teamsport BU) & key users of the tools and stablish a communication strategy
• Documentation of all the business processes, including: functional documentation, user manuals, guidelines, protocols, improvements & enhancements
