Category Manager (m/f/d) in Procurement Management

Role Overview:

In the Hygiene division, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing health and safety through products ranging from disinfectant dispensers to advanced washroom solutions. As a Category Manager in Procurement Management, you'll be instrumental in ensuring product excellence, managing direct spend items (plastics, metals, textiles), and developing procurement strategies. You'll also establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships, manage sourcing for new components, and stay abreast of raw material market trends.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Hygiene Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in strategic purchasing.
• Proven experience in project management and technical projects.
• Expertise in TCO concepts, contract negotiation, and drafting.
• Desirable knowledge of paper and plastic production processes.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
