Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Service Desk Support based in our Headquarter in Brühl.
The main responsibilities for this role is being the local Service Desk Engineer supporting our customers on site.
Aufgaben
- Support for our location in Grezzago and Fonzaso, Italy and remote support for France and other European and International plants;
- Travelling to our remote sites and supporting local issues;
- Creating and providing user documentation and training;
- Acceptance of Service Tickets from our Ticketing System and walk-in customers;
- Technical support on the phone;
- Supporting the Network and Infrastructure team onsite;
- Working on 1st and 2nd level support tickets locally and via remote connection;
- Solving issues and handling requests using different tools;
- Managing the local assets and IT inventory;
- Support on-going IT projects and liaising with IT and local teams as required.
Qualifikation
- Completed technical education;
- At least three years’ experience in Customer Support;
- Detailed knowledge in the areas Windows Client OS (10 and 11), Mobile Devices (iPhone, Android), Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations and PCs);
- Good in supporting of End-Users;
- Good English and Italian language skills, verbal and written;
- ITIL-Knowledge, certification is a nice to have;
- Analytic mindset and good communication skills and conceptual thoughts in the diagnosis of problems and in providing innovative and practical solutions;
- Service-based work methods;
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure;
