The Opportunity

This position works out of our Wiesbaden location in the Abbott Diabetes Care - Abbott GmbH. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

Your Tasks:

  1. Support the commercial organisation in managing the promotional & operational spend SG&A and Capital Forecast preparation and reporting to ADC EMEA HQ
  2. Prepare the quarterly SG&A and Capital forecast (rLBE) submissions via relevant systems & templates on a timely basis
  3. Reporting of the SG&A performance to EMEA HQ (weekly & monthly) and ADC Germany Senior Management.
  4. Managing SG&A month end close including all relevant accruals
  5. Monthly SG&A budget reporting and review with Commercial organisation
  6. Drive investment efficiencies by providing guidance and relevant assessment of ROI and payback
  7. Headcount reporting Advocate and train relevant policies to ensure compliance of P2P processes in commercial organisation

Your Qualification:

Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting Min. 2 years experience in controlling or finance department, preferably in a multi-national company Advanced SAP skills and excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint Leadership & analytical skills Ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization Communication and presentation skills Capabilities to challenge status quo and develop innovative processes & solutions Fluent in German and English
