This challenge awaits you:
Facility Management (FM) / Service takes care of the properties in Berlin and Baden-Württemberg so that 2,000 employees at the locations can work productively on the mobility of the future.
Your Tasks:
- You will look after our facility maintenance databases and databases in the areas of space management, improvement and energy-saving projects for technical systems and optimization of maintenance and processes.
- You will create project, quality and presentation documents.
- You will support practical work in the area of building services.
- You will be involved in the implementation of projects within the company under the guidance of the Facility department.
Necessary Skills:
- Advanced degree in facility management or comparable technical degree program
- Experience with facility management systems (CAFM), drawing programs (e.g. AUTOCAD) and databases desirable
- Confident handling of all MS Office products
- German language skills of at least C1 level and English language skills of at least B2 level
Desired Skills:
- Completed technical training
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and positive communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working and ability to work in a team
