Job description
The Account Executive Italy for Italy plays a key role in our international expansion team, blending sharp sales acumen with exceptional creativity in leveraging the latest demand generation techniques. You will actively participate in laying the foundations for casavi’s international growth by bringing your own ideas and expertise to the team. Daily business includes creating and nurturing opportunities, closing deals, and strategically expanding our presence in Italy. Reporting to the Team Lead of International Expansion, you'll be at the forefront of introducing casavi's innovative solution to the Italian market.
Sales Excellence: Identify and secure new business opportunities, guiding potential clients from initial contact to deal closure through compelling sales demos
Strategic Growth: Harness growth and demand generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline, identifying and capitalizing on new ways for market penetration and expansion
Market Analysis: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market entry and growth
A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with a history of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the property management sector is a plus
Experience with growth hacking and B2B demand generation techniques, able to creatively leverage outbound multi-channel sequences (email, phone and social) to enhance sales outcomes
Proficiency in using CRM (i.e. Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and keep the data clean. Ability to independently use other tools (Outreach, Dripify, etc) to build automatic outbound sequences.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to read complex market landscapes and to translate insights into actionable strategies
Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working remotely and navigating the challenges of entering a new market
Native Italian skills (C2), very good English skills (C1). Other languages (i.e. Spanish) are considered a plus
You are living in Italy e.g. near to Milano, Rome, Bari
