We are looking for a Program Lead CS Universe-ity (f/m/d) - limited (24 months) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online.

CS Universe-ity is the Customer Solutions segment internal academy which aims to upskill the colleagues in E.ON on the competencies to excel in delivering the strategic ambitions of the segment.

Your Tasks:

• You are responsible for overseeing and managing the global scale-up of CS Universe-ity
• You drive the overall CS Universe-ity learning strategy derived from the strategic skills requirements and build a strong learning culture in Customer Solutions
• You make sure that there is exceptional quality of learning contents and infuse at-scale development program with state-of-the-art best practices
• You keep scouting for trends regarding development journeys and empowerment measures
• You transfer ideas and external impulses into concepts to address the identified skill development needs in Customer Solutions
• You identify and orchestrate relevant cooperation partners (e.g.; Business Schools, etc.)
• You lead a direct team of product owners, comms & branding experts, content creators and additional functional resources
• You monitor and evaluate the Program's performance, making data driven decisions and engage with the senior stakeholders to improve the CS Universe-ity effectiveness

Your Profile

• You have an excellent degree in Business Management or equivalent
• You have at least minimum 5 years professional experience in leading international teams, ideally in the field of learning or corporate culture
• You are an expert in learning curriculum development
• You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• You have proven track record in project management
• You have the ability to inspire and motivate others, coaching experience is a plus
• You are fluent in german and english, any other language is a plus
