The Customer relationship manager will support our European SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) customers as their unique point of contact. The Customer Relationship Manager, will suport the achievement of our customers expectation in the respect of our SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Ensure 1st level support for our SME: support incoming calls & emails
• Provide a support in different languages: German and English and/or French is a plus
• Respect our SLA and keep the FCR (First Contact Resolution) as highest as possible
• Liaise internally with the different stakeholders to find a resolution
• Support Sales colleagues if necessary
• Guide our existing customers through the use of the AirPlus Products
• Answering various question about invoices, products, electronic billing data, insurances product, administrative questions

• Fluent in German and English and/or French
