As an SeniorESG Analyst (f/m/d) you partner cross-functionally to build sustainability metrics into operational planning to drive environmental and social initiatives in product development, value chain and own business operations. Additionally, you willmeasure and monitor Instagrids progress against key strategies, objectives and performance targets by:

• Analysing international regulation on ESG Reporting, conducting gap-analysis and deriving recommended actions for Instagrid
• Coordinating Instagrids annual Impact Report according to international standards
• Introducing an ESG Data collection process across the company; including the supporting tools
• Identifing, coordinating, and responding to third-party surveys related to ESG reporting
• Supporting in expanding Instagrids ESG & Sustainability Strategy and partner cross-functionally to build sustainability metrics into operational planning

• You have in-depth knowledge of international reporting standards such as SFDR, GRI, CSRD
• You bring> 5 years of experience in project management and digitalization of processes
• You have experience in conducting annual ESG Reporting
• You have an affinitiy to work with large data sets
• You bring the ability to work in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, proactive, process-oriented, and structured approach
