YOUR TALENT
- Associate`s or Bachelor`s degree in relevant area
- Command of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of marketplace research techniques
- Experience in Merchandise Buying or Planning at any level
- previous experience in the Sporting Goods or Fashion industry is an advantage
- Additional experience as a product or project manager preferred
- English language. Knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Build effective business partnerships with internal and external customers/colleagues.
- Act professionally in all tasks and communication, be strong role model for the team.
- Work in synergy with team to make best business decisions and effectively communicate

YOUR MISSION
- Collaborate with the category Buyer and Planner to deliver maximum sales, margin, and profit to the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Buying, Planning, Trading, Content, Digital Marketing) to deliver and manage seasonal OTB plan, aligned with Top Down KPI`s (Net Sales, Gross Margin, Markdowns, Sell-through, Inventory)
- Monitor in-season performance of top sellers, key initiatives and NOOS articles to maintain ideal inventory cover and limit Out-of-Stock scenarios.
- Liaise with category Planner and Merchandise Planning Lead, to manage financial plans across category, key attributes and critical path milestones.
- Liaise with Purchasing to track purchase orders and take corrective action to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead markdown process by liaising with Buyer, Planner and Merchandise Planning Lead, to align with markdown targets.
- Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned to you in the course of your employment
