Your area of responsibility
- Support and further development of the ERP system proAlpha incl. EDI applications and interfaces to Hydra and CAQ
- Analysis, optimization and adaptation of processes
- Documentation and reporting
- Communication with the system houses and specialist departments
- Project management with responsibility for implementation and control
- Supervision and support of key users in their daily work
Your profile
- At least completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the introduction and support of ERP systems ideally proAlpha
- Sound knowledge of the processes of an industrial company
- Experience in project management and process mapping
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Communication and integration skills
- Knowledge of working with SQL databases
