What your duties will include:
- You develop, implement, and maintain marketing programs and campaigns for existing and future products and customers
- You cooperate with the management team, the global marketing team and the local sales team to develop strategies, achieve sales and marketing objectives
- You evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- You track the success of campaigns and promotions in terms of leads generation (CRM)
- You deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget
- You achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
- You organise and manage customer events and exhibitions
- You are responsible for the translation of newsletters, product information etc to the local language and the distribution of the company communication, internal and external
- You manage the complete organization of training courses in the company
- You are in charge of office supplies and customer service for customers visiting the showroom
- You are in charge of the logistic coming from Customers to the office
What sets you apart:
- Academic background, ideally from marketing and/or business administration
- Proven professional experience in marketing and brand building
- Fluency in English is a determining factor. In addition, knowledge of German language would be an asset
- Experience in a B2B selling environment - including background in the dental, healthcare technology or diagnostic industry
- Professional expertise in digital marketing (web/staged campaigns/advertising) and social networking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- A pure team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in MS Office and CRM-systems
