Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Munich (On-Site Working)
Salary: Up to €42kA market-leading media company (specialising in VR solutions for entertainment and enterprise) are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team. While working flexible shifts, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of products and services to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
Main Duties:
- Provide remote support for hardware and software
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Respond promptly within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Maintain continuous focus on a task until completion
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously
- Test and evaluate new technology
Skills & Experience required: - C1 LEVEL GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Experience with how software and operating systems work
- Logical thinking
- Ability to problem-solve
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidently communicate problems and solutions to clients
