Responsibilities:
- Performing supplier visit and record meeting memo
执行供应商拜访并发布会议纪要
- Responsible for the accomplishment of the regular supplier evaluation as well as further supplier management measures and backup of the necessary data consistency
负责完成定期的供应商评估以及进一步的供应商管理，并备份必要的数据
- Driving supplier qualification and development projects
推动供应商资格认证和供应商发展项目
- Defining supplier improvement actions and monitor their implementation
定义供应商改进措施并监督其实施
- Performing regular supplier audits and discussing the result with suppliers, preparing the related audit reports.
定期进行供应商审核，并与供应商讨论审核结果，准备相关审核报告
- Realization of supplier management processes in procurement department
采购部供应商管理流程的实现
- Support of the colleagues in using the SM@Voith and other tools
支持同事使用SM@Voith和其它工具
- Monitor trial order and support supplier quality improve
领导供应商质量支持的试订单流程
Requirements:
- Engineering education, experience in Quality or manufacturing work at least 8 years
工程专业，至少8年质量或制造工作经验
- Good knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing process
熟悉机械/制造工艺
- Good communication skills, independently working, flexibility

- College degree or Bachelor degree

- Experience in supplier quality management

- Basic paper machine product knowledge
