The role - your passion
As a Junior Controller (m/f/d) at Roadsurfer, you will have a direct influence on the design and management of the finance department of a fast-growing company in the outdoor travel sector. You will actively contribute to the successful further development of our division and be in close contact with central functions such as accounting and the operational departments IT, sales, marketing, etc. The Controlling team plays an important role in our financial strategy with the aim of ensuring efficient budgeting, forecasting and reporting practices and processes that ultimately provide valuable insights to support decision-making. In this way, you will contribute to driving Roadsurfer's success in a dynamic environment.
Contribute to monthly financial statements and prepare relevant reports to management and investors.
Contribute to the preparation of forecasts, budget planning and reporting in close coordination with cost center managers and actively monitor costs and overall business performance.
Business partner for operational functions to develop solutions for business and financial issues.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, consolidated financial statements and the underlying audit processes.
What you need to surf the wave with us
You have successfully completed a commercial or tax-related apprenticeship and/or a degree.
You have initial professional experience, ideally in a comparable environment
Strong analytical mindset, independent, structured, results- and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Good knowledge of common Office programs, especially Excel.
We require business fluent English and basic German
