Overview

As the (Senior) Group Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, lead month-end closing activities, and optimize AR and AP processes. Your role includes supporting budget processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, making your contribution pivotal to our financial success. You will be working closely with Christoph Kizler.

Your responsibilities

• You ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the Group level and act as a key point of contact for tax advisors and auditors.
• You are responsible for further development of group closing and accounting processes, including but not limited to processing and visualisation of data, and improving data quality and availability.
• You own and further develop the group chart of accounts and cost centre concept.
• You are an integral part of the annual budget and rolling forecast processes and act as key partner for the FP&A team.
• You are responsible for bringing our tool setup to the next level, particularly regarding billing, expense management, and consolidation.

Your profile

• You have a degree in or related to Finance/Accounting.
• You have at least 3+ years experience in accounting, audit or tax advisory.
• You are flexible and able to cover a broad range of finance tasks.
• You have advanced Excel skills.
• You have HGB and/or IFRS and tax knowledge is a plus.
• You are diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Previous experience with CRM and/or billing software (e.g. Salesforce, Chargebee), ERP systems, consolidation and reporting tools is a strong plus
• You have a good level of English, and fluency in German is a plus.
