Your Job Description

• Create and manage a new product launch plan across multiple channels for each new device to be launched
• Assist the customer service and support teams in defining the requirements/services for each new product launch
• Develop a customer service roadmap to support the product launch, taking into account resources and budget
• Represent the customer service and support function at all future product development meetings
• Oversee new product launches, including risk analysis, scheduling and meeting deadlines

Your qualification profile

• University degree or comparable qualification 
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally within an engineering and/or technical environment
• Ability to build strong relationships between different functions at all levels, internally and externally
• Excellent communication and expression skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
