Scenarium AI is a value-driven company based in Berlin, Germany. We are on a mission to leverage generative AI to create the next generation of building design software . We think of it as the third leap in CAD software for construction - starting with electrical planning first.

The founders associate is the right hand of the founder. We anticipate this role to be split across various topics with a presumable split of 30% sales, 20% financial modeling, 30% strategic and operational one-off projects and 20% administrative work during the pre-seed phase. To maximize sales learnings, understanding German on > C1 level is highly encouraged.

Org Chart

The position reports directly to the commercial founder. There will be strong and frequent interaction with the whole technical organization including the technical founder, deep learning engineers, data scientists, front end developers and product managers. To set up scalable processes, the position will often communicate externally with other founders and operators from later stages.

Potentially, 1-2 full cycle sales employees might join the commercial organization during pre-seed.

[Financial Modeling] Build up and update bottom-up and top-down SaaS-based revenue model calculation based on crucial sales funnel, team size and sales motion assumptions

[Sales] Help to increase the demo to closed customers ratio by creating compelling presentations of our product for customers

[Sales] Help to scale our booked (qualified) meetings on trade fairs by 3-5x while maximizing the booked to held meetings ratio

[Sales] Help to build our repeatable sales playbook in a hypothesis-driven approach by testing various channels, messages, USPs, target personas and approaches

[Sales] Help us to become a product and thought leader by analyzing the most sought after content topics, gathering insights from customer conversations and desk research, create compelling marketing materials and position them on channels where our customers can be found

[Public Funding] Independently close public funding for “Gründerbonus” and “Innovationsassistent”, potentially through coordinating public funding consultants.

[Operations] Establish robust hiring processes with a max 14 day first-contact-to-decision-timeline while ensuring 100% reply rate

[Operations] Set up manual and automated processes to track all relevant KPIs in our Growth Reporting. Gather relevant and up-to-date data with a strong attention to detail and help us to deduct actionable insights
