Job Description

You will be part of a team to develop, optimize and maintain a series of real-world demonstrators as engaging tolls for machine learning trainings.

• During your assignment you will design and print objects using 3D printer.
• You will design, print and assemble electric boards.
• Furthermore, you will mechanically assemble and maintain demonstrators.
• You will also write low and high level machine learning and hardware control programs.
• You will experiment with deploying machine learning models on different edge and embedded devices such as Raspberry pi, NVIDIA jetson.
• Last but not least, you will be involved in showcasing and training with the demonstrators.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in programming with Python, in Raspberry Pi or other edge/embedded devices, in 3D printing and PCB design, basic understanding of machine learning required; soldering, cabling and C/C++ is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: independent, structured and self-initiated
• Languages: good English, German is beneficiary

Additional Information

Start:  according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week
