Your mission
- Undertake rigorous market assessments to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the automotive/SaaS sector
- Evaluate competitor offerings, pricing structures, and strategic moves to yield actionable intelligence for a sustained competitive advantage
- Collate and dissect customer feedback and usage metrics to refine product attributes and elevate customer contentment
- Employ advanced data analytics solutions to derive consequential insights from multifarious data sets, encompassing user dynamics and market signals
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and hone corporate strategic ventures, drawing from empirical intelligence findings
- Designate and stratify the target audience for the firm's SaaS propositions
- Advocate for product augmentations or pioneering feature inception grounded in genuine customer and market requisites
- Architect periodic reports and elucidations encapsulating market, competition, and customer insights for vested stakeholders
- Support in charting revenue predictions and pricing tactics, reflecting the intricate market motions and competitive scene
- Engage in synergistic endeavors with the sales, marketing, and product innovation brigades to harmonize strategies with the amassed intelligence
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements
- Mastering business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and associated methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or other business analysis, project management software and software testing principles
- collaborate closely with other Lines of Business, especially with technical teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Very good English and German language skills, other languages are welcome.
