Your mission You analyze problems, categorize and resolve application related incidents, ensuring maximum availability and service to customers You manage & troubleshoot different assets: applications & Hardware, You are involved in IT Projets under the supervision of the IT or Project Manager. You participate in the development and improvement of IT procedures. Your profile You have a prior experience in a similar position, You are experimented with Windows environments: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 / 2016 and with Office 365 products (Exchange Online, Teams...), You have knowledge in moile devices management (Android, iOS..), You are a good communicator, able to speak and write fluently in French and English, You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment.
