Job description
To strengthen our team we are looking for Foreman for world-wide projects (f/m/d).

Coordination, Management, and Execution of Global Repair, Maintenance, Retrofit, and New Construction Projects
Conducting ship inspections and devising potential repair and solution approaches
Drafting and reviewing technical specifications and assembly concepts
Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
Sourcing and evaluating third-party deliveries and services
Customer support during the project phase and throughout project execution
Creating technical drawings and project documentation
Communication and reporting to and from department management
Degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, State-Certified Technician in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education with leadership experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Customer-oriented service mindset
Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Willingness to travel and be on-call
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific class regulations and general engineering standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with CAD software is desirable but not mandatory
Fluent written and spoken English
