Work remotely for Airbnb as a Senior Communications Manager and earn between $125,000 – $155,000 per year

Who: Must be based in the US, Must have 8+ years experience in project management, experiential production, and/or Communications, Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects

The Airbnb Communications team delivers campaigns that keep Airbnb front of mind, helping to stimulate word-of-mouth and supporting direct traffic to the site.

They are seeking a creative, organized, passionate, and versatile contributor to support a global Communications team that is developing compelling year-round campaigns to insert Airbnb into a wide range of pop culture conversations.

This Senior Manager will be a member of the Entertainment & Consumer Communications team specifically supporting the Global and North America Communications sub-team. 

What you’ll do

In this Senior Communications Manager role, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing experiential production and creative to produce online content
• Managing key internal and external partners including Hosts, brand partners, and creative vendors to negotiate partnerships, draft scopes of works, review proposals, and execute contracts
• Developing campaign ideas and proactively conducting partner outreach to deliver against annual campaign goals 
• Sourcing, developing, and owning short-term and long-term consumer-facing external partnerships

• Knowledge and expertise of earned media strategies and global, consumer-facing communication campaigns
• A passion for travel, pop culture, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects

The ideal candidate is also proactive, engaged, and solution-oriented.

Please note that while this position is remote eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. The pay range for this role is between $125,000—$155,000.
