Divisional HR Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated person with strong coordinating and administrative skills to support and grow within our global Divisional HR Team, located in Wardenburg, Germany. As Divisional HR Project Coordinator you will work administratively on a wide variety of Human Resources related projects, including full-cycle recruitment, employer branding and talent management. You will report to the Divisional HR Specialist.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The main responsibilities for the Divisional HR Project Coordinator are:

• Support, coordinate and drive projects to increase employer brand awareness internationally and locally
• Arrange and follow up leadership & external trainings in accordance with the divisional training plan
• Maintaining Project documentation as well as other HR documents and materials
• Assistance with full recruitment process
• Performing a variety of complex administrative duties
• Participate in divisional and corporate talent initiatives as required such as job fairs and other projects
• Providing advice and guidance on HR related matters as appropriate
• Performs other duties as required
