Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

Your future role

Support the establishing of a female network in

• Coordinating surveys
• Administer the member list
• Coordinate network meetings
• Support correspondence to members, guest speakers
• Support benchmark industry networks
• Support event management
• Support in Sales & Marketing
• Preparing purchase requisitions, tracking invoices, supporting the AOP process, etc.
• Support event management activities, i.e. hotel reservations, event registrations, customer hospitality, etc.
• Media Asset Library management – organizing visual files in share drive
• Support general department administrative tasks

Your profile

• Enrolled Student
• Interest in Marketing
• Fluent English and German, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Power Point & Word)
• High level of credibility/accountability & adaptability
• Hands-on & self-directed
• Focused & multi-tasking
• Stress management skills
• Available for 20 hours/week for at least one year
