We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our sales team at our location in Constance. As a Client Advocate, you will create customized solutions for each client and build trusted partnerships. To promote customer growth and retention, you will involve Crisis24 experts when required.
What You Will Work On
- As part of your work, you will act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout their entire life cycle
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer plans with clearly defined short and medium-term goals
- In doing so, you build trustworthy relationships with the decision makers in the client organization
- You will work closely with your colleagues in the sales team to onboard new customers and support the customer acquisition process
- As part of your role, you will lead quarterly, semi-annual or annual meetings with existing customers to assess and validate requirements and needs. In doing so, you involve internal specialist managers, e.g. for medicine and operations
- You know your customers and constantly identify new business opportunities so that continuous upselling accompanies your work
- The coordination and support for ad-hoc customer inquiries and escalations are in your hands
- You track key customer metrics such as annual contract renewals, upsells, risks and forecasts and create reports and presentations on account status, customer revenue and strategic direction
- The maintenance of customer information in the CRM application lies within your responsibility
- You develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the benefits of our solutions for the customer
- In doing so, you inform yourself independently about current developments in Crisis24's corporate strategy, products, solutions and service offerings
What You Will Bring
- You have already gained several years of successful experience in key account management, sales or customer service and have a Bachelor's degree in a political science, business, medical or technical field
- In this context, you preferably have industry experience in the areas of security, medical aid, risk management or corporate resilience
- You already have experience in delivering customer-centric solutions and engaging with key stakeholders and at all levels of an organization
- Your excellent written and spoken German and English skills will enable you to interact professionally and competently with our customers and our international team at all times. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is also an advantage
- You come with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce
- Your strategic thinking and actions, your ability to present convincingly and influence, as well as your negotiating skills and problem-solving orientation distinguish you.
- The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize competing tasks while paying attention to detail is one of your strengths
- Your excellent teamwork skills go hand in hand with your outstanding interpersonal skills and your ability to deal with customers
- You have a hands-on mentality in which you recognize, develop and exploit opportunities and are always keen to develop yourself further
- You are willing to work at least two days a week in the office on site and to travel occasionally, including internationally
