Job description

As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative for KWS Berlin GmbH  we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant with Danish (m\f\d) ,  Swedish/German language knowledge would be a plus.  The position has a 2 year contract ( with possibility of extension)  and is in full-time at our location in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• You are in charge of posting customer payments, performing accounts receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
• Therefore, you will have constant contact with customers, sales and logistic, credit management and colleagues in other financial departments.
• Moreover, you will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the whole KWS Group.
• You assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
• You execute all activities in compliance to rules, guidelines and procedures of KWS.

Your profile:

• Preferably you have a completed apprenticeship or an academic degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar.
• You have experience in the field of Finance – especially in Accounting. You had previous experience in creating reports and implementing them. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Experience working in an international Shared Service organization is an additional advantage. 
• You can meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions with a high customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude.
• You have strong communication skills, you are cooperative, and have a good team mindset.
• You are fluent in Danish and English knowledge is a big plus.
