We are also radically changing the way we work & collaborate across our Global, Market, Country & Shared Service Procurement teams to deliver a competitive edge for adidas.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS:
- Support the Global Procurement team with delivering our global transformation through supporting & leading project management activities
- Analyze & give input to our global sourcing strategies & the coherent 4-step source to contract process
- Identify source-to-pay process optimization potential across all categories and countries
- Identify user experience optimization potential for all Non-Trade Procurement systems & support the implementation/adoption of tools & technology enablers
- Assist in system testing, issue handling and documentation
- Manage several individual projects that include interacting with adidas global markets and other functions within adidas
- Support on communication and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders of Global Procurement
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH:
- Student of Business Administration, Marketing and/or Finance or similar
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Ariba and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
- Enjoy working in a multi-cultural team environment

- Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.098,00€, compulsory internship 1.590,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
