We would be delighted if you joined us as a Working Student in Marketing! Your Tasks: At mrge change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavor of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve: 

• Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Way of working: You pay attention to details and work self-reliant.
• Personality: You are open-minded and a teamplayer.
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating social media profiles.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with the online community.
• Contribute ideas for social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform marketing strategies.
• Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.
• Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
• Generate reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Event Support: Provide support in planning and organizing marketing events, both online and offline.
• Assist with logistics, coordination, and post-event analysis.

Your Profile:

• Very proactive, ambitious and driven. 
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
• An analytical mindset and strong organization skills in combination with an interest in digital trends.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
