Job description
Your responsibilities In collaboration with the Program Manager and the CFO, the IT Project Manager will work on multiple projects: Lead, define and clarify technical projects Support the Program Manager and Project Manager in project requirement definition and analyses of the technical requirements Monitor and manage project baseline including timelines, task assignments, resource allocation to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope and schedule, manages variances and issues Raise risk/issues and escalation to senior management Help to build valued relationships with external and internal stakeholder Development of project plans in order to track progress, project reporting Project performance measurement with appropriate tools Your profile Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, IT or Management is preferred Ability to manage several projects at a time Strong French and English written and oral communication skills Ability to engage at all levels of an organization Knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile projects Ability to use Office MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle phases (requirements gathering, design, development, testing and release)Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar software used for Software Development follow-ups Would be a plus Basic knowledge of software development concepts and technologies, systems, and networks; An understanding of software security principles and the ability to integrate them into the project for follow up 30 years of experience in high-end training Business Training's experience is built on solid ground: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years.
