Job description
A client in the industrial sector is currently looking for an IT Support Officer L1 FR/ENG - Industrial Sector. You are in charge of the Support and the calls management for the company. The company is looking for someone who already has a first background in this field. Your responsibilities You manage and track tickets from opening to closing. You handle tickets that you can solve. You guarantee the updating of customer technical files in terms of centralization tools for technical and commercial information You monitor the maintenance schedule and works under contract and management You do the coordination between technicians, team leaders and Sales You prepare and participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meetings You update of the CRM system. You handle telephone calls as well as email requests from customers. You build a relationship of trust and give a positive image of the company from the first contact. You describe and reformulate our customers' request in a clear and precise manner, in order to be able to transmit it correctly to the competent technical service via our ticketing system You provide answer and solutions adapted to the requests expressed Required skills You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science You are fluent in French and English (Mandatory) You already have an experience in support Level 1 and in ERP Management You have a good understanding of problem You are curious, ready to learn and a good communicator.
