Your responsibilities
As RWE, our goal is to be climate-neutral by 2040. Here in RWE Generation, we are responsible for the generation of power in technologies such as Biomass, Hydro, Gas and Hydrogen.

We are looking for you to join us as a HR Marketing & Employer Brand Specialist (m/f/t) to enhance our employer brand, and become an even more attractive employer to our target candidates.

- You will develop global employer branding strategies in close cooperation with the RWE Group's central Employer Branding Team and Corporate Communications to attract top talent for the RWE Generation
- You regularly conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends in the labour market and are responsible for the active positioning of RWE Generation at events and social media
- You create decision papers for the management of RWE Generation and your colleagues in the team by preparing and convincingly presenting complex issues in a simplistic manner
- You build a network with external partners, including agencies, universities and event organisers, to develop strategic partnerships that contribute to strengthening our employer brand in the long term
- You analyse the performance of the employer branding initiatives using relevant key figures and derive recommendations for action to achieve continuous improvements
- You promote internal stakeholder management by building close relationships and cooperating closely with the various international departments such as HR, Marketing and Corporate Communications as well as with other RWE companies/communities
Your profile
- You have a degree and several years of professional experience in marketing, HR marketing or employer branding
- You have experience in the implementation of campaigns and a great passion for social media topics / trends, especially with a focus on LinkedIn
- You enjoy building internal networks and are experienced in managing external agencies
- You are enthusiastic about data analyses and data-based decisions
- Your professional way of working is complemented by a high level of initiative, commitment and team player qualities in cross-functional teams
- You are able to speak both English and German to a high standard in a professional context
