Job description

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Take charge of the creation of digital campaign toolkits for specific promotions, and completing toolkit-related tasks for Brand Campaign
• Take ownership of A&C content development
• Take the lead on creating and formatting toolkits for global releases
• Junior to mid level person, not someone senior, who is able to work quickly, efficiently and execute, work autonomously on projects
• Manage localization project management, ensuring efficient and effective execution
• Lead annual promotional campaign planning and development
• Handle follow-up, questions, and stakeholder management for the 125Y Campaign 
• Respond to ad-hoc/last-minute requests from markets regarding content and localization needs
• Organize and gather feedback from stakeholder meetings across various functions, following up with key notes and next steps for accountable functions
• Project manage organizational documents and agendas for meetings
• Initiate set up and gather reports with Data/Media functions for comprehensive analysis when needed

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Experience in agency or client-side roles, specifically in account or production capacities 
• Junior to mid level person, not someone senior, who is able to work quickly, efficiently and execute
• Organized with a keen attention to detail
• Profound project management skills, especially in campaign management
• Content development experience and capabilities
• Proficient in stakeholder management
• Ability to navigate through organizational layers of stakeholders and manage inputs from varying discipline experts
• Responsible for cross-functional alignment in project management and campaign execution
• Acknowledged communicator at all levels, with experience in working with an international, cross-functional people
