What's the role?
As Marketing Communication Manager (m/f/d) at our office in Kaufering near Munich, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy and roadmap for the markets in Central Europe. You will define campaign concepts, manage their implementation, manage agencies, coordinate the content production process and playout via various channels. Always customer-centric, analytical and results-oriented, you will ensure that the campaign control is continuously optimized, that all timings within the campaign process are adhered to and that optimal cooperation between all parties involved is guaranteed. In this way, you will contribute to achieving our ambitious Lead 2030 corporate strategy.

What does the role involve?
Multichannel campaign management - from conception to implementation
- Responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of target group-relevant multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on expanding organic growth potentials
- Orchestration of campaigns for our markets in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland), taking into account global strategies and local activities and relevance
- Target-oriented 360 degree conception and control via paid and owned channels - mainly website, e-mail, social, search, webinar, sales events, Hilti Store incl. testing of new target group channels
- Implementation and optimization of individual relevant engagement marketing flows (marketing automation) within the overall communication concept
- Owner of the campaign process (in particular ensuring timelines and roll-outs, management & alignment of stakeholders)
Analysis, databased decisions and budget management - Campaign target planning - forecast of key performance indicators, definition of target audience, value proposition
- Monitoring, continuous data-based analysis and optimization including the introduction of trends
- Generation of data/customer insights and learnings for the further development of campaign set-ups along the customer journey incl. implementation of testing and derivation of recommendations for action
- Budget forecasting and control, effective (re)allocation to increase the success of the campaign
Responsibility for complex projects in a matrix organization incl. change management - Driving change within the organization: Proactively contributing and working in agile scrum teams to ensure customer-centric and goal-oriented campaign design and management
- Active stakeholder management at local, regional and global level incl. close collaboration with our digital channels and content team, as well as product/trade managers
- Creation of reports, reviews incl. presentation in relevant boards/meetings
- Agency management and proactive involvement in optimal collaboration

What you need is:
- Master's degree or equivalent in management/marketing/communications or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in (digital) marketing - campaign expertise with various paid and organic/owned channels for organic growth a must, marketing automation/salesforce desirable
- Analytical thinking and data-driven way of working: demonstrable success in results-oriented campaign management and data-based identification of growth potential
- Very good knowledge of digital analytics, CMS/publishing and project management tools
- Experience in forecast planning (budget, performance targets, etc.) including results-oriented management
- Knowledge of project management, especially agile working is an advantage
- Experience in change management and active stakeholder management, including strong communication skills and persuasiveness in an international environment
- English is a must, German a plus
- Strong proactivity, problem-solving skills, decisiveness and customer orientation
