We have supported the establishment of impact finance vehicles in excess of $ 8 billion, providing significant contributions to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Role:
We are currently looking for a skilled, hands-on and solid Head of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. The Head of Human Resources at Innpact will play a pivotal role in organising the day-to-day operations of all HR matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring the organization's commitment to social responsibility is reflected in all HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Propose, develop and implement pragmatic HR strategies aligned with the short and mid-term corporate plan; Collaborate with the executive team to align HR goals with overall business objectives, priorities and constraints. Be a business partner and support the team leaders and the management for all HR matters and team management. Foster a positive work environment through company-wide and one to one effective communication and conflict resolution; Implement policies that support work-life balance and employee well-being.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process to attract highly qualified candidates who align with the company's values and mission; Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization
- HR Administration: Establish HR processes, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency; Organise day-to-day HR operations supported by the Admin team, including payroll management with our service providers, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Act as owner of our Human Resources tool (Lucca), defining and overseeing future developments including the automation of HR data collection and production of adhoc reports and communications towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Organise the performance management process; Provide guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and professional development to drive individual and organizational success that aligns with the company's impact goals.
- Learning and Development: Define training program and development paths to support career growth; Facilitate and promote continuous learning through our learning platform to achieve the company's mission towards sustainability and social impact.
- Compliance : Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with Luxembourg, European and other relevant local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices, including those provided by B Corp; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience as an HR leader with at least 10 years professional experience, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
- Desire to align your job with your values and contribute to a more sustainable future
- Hands-on/doer, people passionate, positive and strategic thinker, proactive, problem solver and self-motivated
- Excellent working knowledge of HR principles coupled with good understanding of payroll and benefits management, Luxembourg labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines with good capacity to delegate
- Experience with team and change management challenges, principles, tools and methodologies
- Proven experience in team recruitment, assessment and development
- Advanced proficiency in English and ideally in French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver motivating but also challenging messages and decisions
- Capacity to handle complex team members relations issues and difficult cases
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders management skills to develop and nurture good relationships across teams and a general positive work environment
