Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- SAP Commerce Cloud Solution Management: Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform to support the marketing team's e-commerce initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and a seamless shopping experience.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Solutions: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to manage and optimize our digital asset management system.
- System Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor the performance and health of marketing technology systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide user support for team members to ensure they can effectively utilize the marketing technology tools available. Maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing technology systems, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- System Enhancements and Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring that new features and functionalities align with the marketing team's requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms used in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly known as Hybris) and digital asset management solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Any previous experience in marketing technology projects or e-commerce initiatives is advantageous.
