Product Manager (m/w/d) wanted!
📍Hybrid | 🚀 Asap | ⏰ Full-Time
Are you interested in taking charge of Samsung's embedded insurance business and overseeing the management of key stakeholders? 💡
Take holistic responsibility for all insurance topics for their direct-to-consumer area :
- Strategy development to attract and retain new customers for Samsung Care+ and the associated insurance and service offerings
- Creation and maintenance of a product and solution roadmap
- Optimize the End2End process for customers (incl. competitive analysis, definition of requirements, review of profitability, negotiation with partners and regular review of the solution)
- Building strong and long-term relationships with key global stakeholders and identifying new sales opportunities
- Using KPIs and the local strategy to increase the performance of the Samsung Care+ product portfolio
- Work closely with insurance providers, as well as the marketing and communications team and external agencies
Requirements
Hire for attitude, train for skills - In addition to your convincing personality and your communicative nature, you ideally bring the following with you:
- Several years of experience as a product owner/manager, as well as with markets from the financial services, insurance, InsurTech or FinTech sector
- Familiar with working with international project teams in the digital sector or software development
- Excitement for digital topics and trends, especially for the insurance and e-commerce landscape
- Good knowledge of the European Insurance Distribution Directive and local insurance regulations relevant for B2B2C insurance of mobile devices
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills characterize you
- Good understanding of OEM and retail insurance services
- You speak and write German and English fluently
