What awaits you at MynaricWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Student Application Support Specialist, focusing on SAP and supply chain processes. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving data and transaction issues within our SAP applications. You will work closely with our experienced SAP team, assisting in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving application-related problems. This is a great opportunity for a student with a passion for technology and problem-solving to gain practical experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SAP team to identify and understand data and transaction issues within our SAP applications.
- Perform analysis of application issues by investigating and understanding the root cause of the problem.
- Utilize SAP tools and resources to diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with end-users to gather relevant information and assist in resolving their technical issues.
- Document and track issues using appropriate tracking systems and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for future reference.
What you bring with youCurrently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at a University in Germany
- Basic understanding of ERP applications and modules.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques in software applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify potential solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Previous experience or coursework in SAP or related technologies is a plus.
