Smatched is a fastgrowing startup that revolutionizes the way we pay for microtransactions by participating in quick surveys to subsidies cash payments. Smatched started in 2021 with its own App and has today more than 30k users.
Tasks
As a Demand Generation Intern you will support the execution of our sales & marketing campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and contribute to our sales pipeline. Working closely with our Chie Marketing & Sales Officer you will help implement and optimize our sales and marketing efforts across various channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both sales and marketing email automation CRM Management and looking to make a tangible impact in a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns including email automation and various paid initiatives
- Help manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through our marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content ensuring alignment with our brand voice and demand generation goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and contribute to sales enablement efforts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts and strategies..
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in demand generation digital marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from metrics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Close Apollo) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
