Integration Engineer  –  

Wingbrace is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support the US Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS) program in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
This role of this position is to provide operational and technical expertise to support LVC integration of the US Air Forces in Europe & Air Forces Africa Warfare Center (UAWC) at Einsiedlerhof Air Station in Germany. Success in this position directly impacts the training readiness of United States and partner military forces in Europe. This position provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the US and partner nation military forces on the integration of the newest modeling and simulation technology into the training environment.
The LVC Integration Engineer will:
· Provide operational and technical expertise to plan, integrate, support, troubleshoot, and document LVC capabilities within the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States African Command (USAFRICOM) theaters.
· Integrate UAWC capabilities with Joint, Allied, and Coalition LVC capabilities to support warfighter training.
Must be able to go from Strategic big picture to operational and then tactical as needed.
· Coordinate technical planning and engineering to provide realistic simulation and LVC capabilities for exercises, training events, and mission rehearsals within the USEUCOM and USAFRICOM theaters, with NATO Allies, and with Coalition Partners.
· Facilitate and promote the interchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, and technology applications for UAWC exercises and training events to meet warfighter Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs).
· Coordinate with staff action officers on technical and operational topics related to this effort.
· Integrate, support, and document M&S capabilities and emerging technologies to promote LVC efforts with Joint, Allied, and Coalition commands, units, and institutions. This includes NATO Modeling and Simulations Groups (NMSGs) and Distributed Simulation Training (DST) efforts.
· Evaluate and test new and emerging technologies associated with M&S and LVC and advise leadership on opportunities to improve exercises and training events.
Required Experience/Qualifications below for Senior level.

· Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
· A bachelor's degree plus 18 years of recent Integration Engineer experience, OR.
An associate degree plus 22 years of recent  Integration Engineer experience, OR.
A major certification* plus 22 years of recent Integration Engineer experience, OR.
13 years of recent  Integration Engineer experience.
*Major certifications include: CASP+, CCIE, CCISO, CCSP, CFR, CISM, CISSP, CySA+, CNP, GCED, GCFA, GCIH, GCIG, JNCIE-SEC, Google Professional Cloud Engineer, M365 Enterprise Admin Associate, M365 Modern Desktop Admin Associate, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, RCHA, RHCSA, VMware CP – Data Center
Highly Desired
Experience in developing LVC Training Events
Technical planning and engineering to provide realistic simulation and LVC capabilities
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Experience with Distributed Mission Training development and management
· Experience in International Traffic in Arms compliance and Delegation of Disclosure Letter Processing
· Experience with Microsoft Windows environment, UNIX, Linux, Hyper convergence technology, VMWare, VDI zero client architecture, cross-domain solutions.
Expected Salary Range - Highly dependent on candidate qualifications.
