Job description
We provide intelligent solutions for supply chain quality management and third-party logistics (3PL), delivering reliable and efficient services to both global and local clients. We do Quality Control Services, Rework and Assembly, and Warehousing & Logistics in the automotive , e-mobility , battery , electronics , renewable, or aerospace industry.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Office Manager to join our team in Munich in Germany, the role within the ACCU Technical Solution GmbH, which is part of the international ACCU Group.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the tasks entrusted (verification/reworking/sorting) in the factories in the automotive industry in Germany
- Coordinate and lead operators, be responsible for the results of employees
- Adaptation of work processes, their supervision, and quality control/testing activities
- Ensuring feedback for production
- Direct communication with customers to handle their requirements
- Document and communicate part failures to the customer in timely manner
- Provision of sorting/reprocessing equipment
- Customer/Operation Center reporting
- Working place at Arnstadt
Requirements:
- Advanced English and German, and Chinese language would be a big advantage
- Technical background
- Advanced PC skills (excel)
- Flexibility and independence
- Strong communicative skills
- Organizational skills, perfect leadership
- Group B driving license
