Working in partnership with our Clients, we are looking to grow our CROATIAN team of expert Customer Service Representatives. Delivering world class customer experience is key, and as part of this, you will offer eligible customers the best service.
Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate:
✅Preferable college degree or related work experience.
✅Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian.
✅Good English skills.
✅Good MS Office skills.
✅Excellent customer service skills.
✅Pleasant, friendly voice/understandability.
✅High motivation and enthusiastic approach.
✅Self-organized.
✅Planning and prioritization skills.
✅Effective decision making.
✅Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.
✅Familiarity with ticketing systems.
✅Life experience to apply to managing situations.
✅Early adopter of technology.
✅Makes the customers feel confident that their needs are being met.
✅Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.
