The Role:

Responsible for setting strategy, defining processes, and establishing accountability measures for a defined and structured approach to the EMEA Internship development program (eventually expanding to include graduates).

Design and execute a world class onboarding/induction experience that sets the foundation for the ongoing learning curriculum of the internship/program. Design using market data, business leaders, business steerco and HRBP input, leveraging internal learning offerings and external vendors when necessary.

Design an ongoing developmental program/learning curriculum – utilising business steer core to inform decisions and design based on the talent needs of the future. Ensuring that learning progression throughout the internship/program is measured.

Partner with internal and external facilitators to successfully plan and execute skill development sessions and provide on the ground support for in-person program elements as needed.

Collaborate with HR teams including Learning and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion, as well as external vendors, to build and continuously improve learning experience.

Responsible for engagement and retention efforts. Host ongoing engagement events; ERG events, athlete/ambassador events, senior management speaker series, cross functional education events, networking, end of program celebratory events etc.

Operate as a SPOC for program participants, managers, and other key stakeholders.

Consistently refine and update the program based on industry and early careers best practices.

Driving ad-hoc projects to improve our ECTA efforts as designated by the ECTA Lead.

Senior Managers play a critical role in the execution of the priorities and core services of the HR function of our client. They support a single-business-unit or region, in some cases extending across the organization and are functional experts who demonstrate subject matter expertise, and take strong personal ownership over the delivery of great (final) work product and results. They have the ability to blend functional expertise with a comprehensive view of the bigger picture. They are able to prioritize without losing sight of the overarching goals. Senior Managers are skilled at capturing data from a variety of sources and analyse and interpret the findings as well as presenting those findings to the business and HR leaders. They influence based on subject matter expertise and offers relevant (external) insights for input to business strategy discussions. They support their leadership in setting expectations and standards and coach others through change and transformation.
