HR SPECIALIST
As EMEA HR Specialist, you will support all the HR activities throughout the region, from recruiting to onboarding and from managing employee’s compensation to evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing all recruitment and hiring processes, inc. management of decisions and job offers.
- HR tasks, such as preparing visa letters, obtaining documents for employees, creating financial PR’s and PO’s, etc.
- Payroll administration for direct employees and EOR.
- Benefits management.
- Managing all individuals’ matters, such as compensation, labor laws, terminations, personal issues, etc.
- Supporting managers with new-hires introduction processes.
- Update Database and internal HR systems regularly.
- Work closely with all the other departments to guarantee a smooth workflow and assure that everything is managed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Specialist/ HR Generalist; preferably in an international environment.
- At least 2 years of experience operating in an international organization.
- BA in social sciences / HR or equivalent; MA/MBA - an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, or French.
The position in based remotely in Germany, Italy, or UK.
