Job description
As a Technical Writer, you play a key role in our Product Management team by helping to create, build, and standardize our customer and internal documentation. You will have an empowering role, pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.
Working closely with stakeholders from training management, engineering, marketing, and sales, you will create resources that accelerate users from novices to power users. Your content for our customer performance will support Quantum Systems' mission to transform decision-making processes through aerial data intelligence.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Work with training managers, engineers, sales and marketing to produce and maintain sophisticated documentation, including Training Manuals, User Guides, Facilitator Guides, E-Learning Modules, Technical Manuals Descriptions
- Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, and other educational techniques
- Able to deliver and communicate training information in a way that is engaging and understood by students
- Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve user value
- Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across Quantum Systems
- Monitor metrics on the usage and success of training materials to prioritize future training investments.
What you bring to the team:
- You have experience in technical writing, training, and/or facilitating, specifically in creating documentation for audiences with varying levels of technical skill and experience.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is crucial for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Your communication and presentation skills are excellent.
- Additional experience in Aerospace/UAVs is a plus.
- German language skills are beneficial.
- Your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude helps establish you as an internal expert.
- You are highly self-motivated and can independently drive your area of responsibility.
