From here, you empower our people. Become part of the energy transition: As an intern or working student in the "Development & Coaching" team at RWE Offshore Wind. Our team is responsible for the personnel & leadership development activities for our global organisation and the Early Careers activities. From your first day, you will be a valuable team member, take part in all team events and take on your own tasks.
These are your tasks:
You will work in tandem with an experienced member of the team and also take on tasks for the rest of the team:
- Supporting the delivery of our talent programme and our leadership development agenda incl. the support of associated events & activities
- Collaboration with our team in the design of new personnel development concepts
- Participant management, location scouting, support of administrative processes, support of the HR internal development portfolio
- Accompanying the graduate selection process, from preparation (e.g. accompanying the pre-selection and assessment centres) to onboarding events, support with programme management, etc.
- You will expand your project management skillset, HR know-how and further develop your skills
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, ideally in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or comparable, other degree programmes are also welcome
- You have already gained initial practical experience through internships or working student activities, ideally in an international (HR) context, large company or consultancy
- You have a talent for organisation, can assess priorities well and have proactive time management skills
- You work independently, in a structured manner and communicate clearly and effectively
- You enjoy your own administrative tasks and conceptualisation
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office programmes and are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are available for a period of at least six months starting immediately and are keen to work in a dynamic, international team
