Job description
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Within the Mobile Switchgear & Systems product line, the Mining Systems product group is responsible for drive technology, particularly for mining vehicles. As a joint management tandem with the Technical Product Group Management, you will bear significant responsibility for the economic success of the product group and lead a small team in both technical and disciplinary terms. You will be actively involved in the development of the product line strategy and organise operational customer communication. You will also take on project management tasks and ensure that project targets (quality, costs, delivery dates) and series results are met within the product group.
- In your role, you will report directly to the Business Product Line Manager and will be responsible for the following key areas, among others:
- Product Life Cycle Management
- Responsibility for project, quotation and product management
- Management, organisation and coordination of projects and offers
- Disciplinary management and development of employees in the product group
- Close cooperation with other product groups to create synergies
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. electronics, industrial engineering) or comparable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical project management for development projects
- Ideally you have an IPMA qualification
- Strategic and cross-functional thinking
- Knowledge of business administration
- Ability to cooperate, resolve conflicts and reflect
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Ideally initial experience in leading teams
