Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for you as a: Customer Service Associate (m/w/d)
for our new, highly automated distribution center in Dorsten! On over 70,000 m2 of logistics space, our growing team will ensure timely and reliable logistics for our retail stores and wholesale customers in Europe.

As a crucial part of our network you will maintain a positive relationship with customers and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse due to:
Timely communication with customers and partners across Europe.
React on inquiries from customers regarding orders, deliveries and returns.
Gathering information for scheduled updates and online calls with business.
Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless flow of information.
Work with reports from WMS and prepare necessary data for presentations.
Owning the tracking of warehouse quality topics.
What you already bring to the table:
Fluent written and spoken English is a must for external communication.
Experience in similar positions is highly regarded.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using MS Office products, especially Excel.
Valuing teamwork, both within your own team and with others.
A high level of attention to detail to meet customer requirements.
A desire to grow personally and professionally.
Openness, respect for others, and an empathetic character.
Willingness to contribute, as no process is perfect, but your ideas could bring us closer.
