Aufgaben

Our department assumes the role of an objective advisor to the executive board in all matters related to the strategic orientation of Lufthansa Group. As a dynamic and highly motivated team, we are responsible to shape the group strategy and its portfolio.

As a full-fledged team member, you will support us in the following tasks:

• Working on various strategic projects in the areas of corporate and portfolio strategy, as well as airline and business unit strategy
• Conducting analyses of market and competition changes in the international aviation market, as well as profitability analyses
• Assisting in the creation of board presentations and background briefings

Voraussetzungen

We look for a candidate fulfilling the following requirements:

• At least in the fourth semester of a business administration (or equivalent) study program at the time of the internship

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year) 
• Excellent academic performance, especially in relevant subjects
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Solution-oriented approach, independence, and team collaboration
• Ability to work with focus, demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and dedication
• Proficiency in English, and computer skills, especially in MS Office
• Strong interest in the aviation industry
• Preferred: experience in strategy development or consulting
