Job description:
Managing the International (EMEA, Focal Point Europe) Battery Storage Projects and delivery of these within scope, schedule, costs and quality constraints
Planning and coordination of all project team activities
Establishing the relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Clarifying customers targes and requirements, analyzing the working packages and preparing/controlling the project specifications placed at our Sub Suppliers
Analyzing project status and, when necessary, revision of scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Monthly Reporting to our Board, Weekly Reporting to our Clients
Claim Management
Coordinating the commissioning- and acceptance measures onsite, together with Site Management.
Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. EHS).
Required skills and qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the role of Project Manager in (Plant) Construction/EPC-Business, preferred in Area of Energy- or Grid Solutions, Wind power or Renewables.
Master’s degree in electrical- or mechanical engineering
Experience dealing direct with demanding clients.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, a mixture between technical and commercial focus
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in German (native or C1-Level) and English (Professional)
Driving License, readiness to travel (up to 30%)
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Excellent presentation skills
